Many individuals received several "funny awards" at this year's conference; demonstrating we are a very "comical group"

2018 Court Administrator of the Year:
CRAIG HESS 7th District Court
Craig will be retiring after 43 years with the VanBuren County Courts on June 29th. As Craig begins his new adventure, the Judicial System will be saying good bye to someone with long term historical knowledge, devoted, loyal and a true friend to many!
We will miss you!!!!
2018 Wayne Berg Distinquished Service Award:
**In recognition and sincere appreciation of their distinguished service, devotion, friendship, hard work and commitment having a huge contribution to the Michigan's Court System
GARY DODGE 44th District Court
Gary currently serves as the MCAA and SEMCCA President and began in the legal profession in 1972.
2018 Soaring Above the Rest:
**Created in 2016 honoring an individual that has contributed in a distinctive way to improving the lot of those less able to help themselves; devoted him or herself to sustained and selfless voluntary service; shown innovation or creativity in delivering lasting results
TABITHA WEDGE 3B District Court
Tab has been with the court 30 years, served as a Former MCAA President and currently holds the Treasurer position.
