Conference Scholarship Application

MCAA offers scholarship opportunities for eligible members who would like to attend the 2026 Michigan Court Managers Conference but do not have funding available through their court budget.

Planning to apply for scholarship assistance?
Please do not complete the online conference registration. Submit the Scholarship Application below and wait for award notification before completing conference registration.
Who Can Apply?
Applicants must be active MCAA or SEMCAA members for at least six months prior to the conference and must certify that the expenses requested will not be paid or reimbursed by their funding unit.
What Can Be Requested?
Scholarship consideration may be requested for the conference registration fee, hotel lodging, or both.

Scholarship awards are based on available resources and the number of applications received. Priority will be given to individuals who have not previously received scholarship funding.

Lodging Reservations

A limited block of rooms has been reserved at Boyne Mountain Resort for conference attendees. Guests are encouraged to make reservations early to ensure availability.

Conference Location
Most conference programming will take place in the Mountain Grand Lodge & Spa and the Civic Center. Attendees may want to keep proximity to these areas in mind when selecting their lodging accommodations.

Reservations After September 12

After September 12, lodging reservations must be made by calling Boyne Mountain Central Reservations at 800-462-6963 and requesting the Michigan Court Managers Conference. Reservations will be based on availability.

Tax-Exempt Guests: Tax-exempt forms will be collected by the resort at the front desk. The applicable tax-exempt code will be added to the reservation at that time.

Please Note: Credit card authorization forms cannot be accepted because they are not PCI compliant.
